Steven began his career in public accounting over 30 years ago after graduating from Johnson & Wales College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. His industry focus has been entertainment, advertising, restaurant, professional services, real estate, medical, retail, and construction. Steven's expertise spans across the areas of tax advisory, tax structuring and tax compliance services to partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, high net worth individuals, as well as trusts and estates. Specializing in nonprofit corporations, Steven currently serves on the Board of Directors and as an Officer of a New York based nonprofit organization. Steven has developed strong client relationships and has maintained decades of client retention.

Cathy is an integral part of our team. She manages our office operations while responding daily to our clients’ needs. Cathy also oversees the areas of employer tax reporting, payroll, clients' account payables, paperless tax preparation, tax return collation and taxing authority correspondence. Cathy's strong work ethic, care for our clients and cheerful disposition is unprecedented.

Victoria has followed in her father's footsteps and joined our team in 2013 after graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She maintains the books and records of our clients for timely production of financial statements and regulatory filings. Victoria also oversees all federal and state related payroll tax filings. Victoria's advanced knowledge of technology has led to the successful implementation of our paperless office environment.
